With over 20 years experience in the injection molding, thermoforming, and extruded profile business, we are capable of providing you with high quality yet cost-effective medical components and packaging.

Injection Molding

Our facility is ISO 13485 certified, and we have more than 130 injection molding machines ranging from 18 tons to 450 tons located across multiple manufacturing sites in Asia region. In addition, we also operate fully certified Class 100k Clean Room with assembly line to assemble and package parts for distribution according to customer requirements.

Our expertise lies in our ability to manufacture precision parts using a wide range of polymers such as:

We have also invested in a state of the art Polymer Research Centre which is capable of developing customized and proprietary polymer compounds to meet customer requirements when required.

Medical devices manufactured using the injection molding process are syringes, connectors, caps, IV catheter parts, infusion caps and covers etc.

Thermoforming

We are a leading plastic packaging thermoformer in Asia with extensive design and mold fabrication facilities. We have installed Class 1000 and Class 100 manufacturing environment to meet customer requirements, and we are capable of internally developing thermoformed sheets that add-value to customer specific requirements.

Thermoforming machines available within our facility are of pressure forming and vacuum forming types, and we are the expert in thermoforming a wide range of packaging products using materials such as:

  • PS
  • PVC
  • HDPE
  • LDPE

  • PETG

We are capable of thermoforming:

  • Customized Blister Packs

Profile Extrusion

We offer multi-lumen tubing in most thermoplastics such as:

  • PVC
  • PETG
  • PE

We are capable of designing and building tooling in-house, and performing extrusion under controlled environment to minimize possible contamination.
